Application of the right of withdrawal
Law Decree n. 21 dated February 21st 2014
2011/83/EU DIRECTIVE on Consumer rights, implemented by the European Parliament and by the Council dated October 11th 2011.
With the exception of cases indicated hereunder, you have the right to withdraw from orders you have placed without having to offer any reasons, within 14 days from the day in which you received the ordered product or from the conclusion of the contract. If you entrusted another person of collecting the product, your right of withdrawal starts from the day in which the product is delivered to the person you have designated, other than the courier.
You need to communicate the exercise of your right of withdrawal to Pubblicità Milano srl- via Arqua' 6 - 20131 Milan, addressing your communication to our customer service.
Method for exercising the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication via registered mail with return receipt, within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the products, to:

The communication can also be sent within the same time frame via telegram or fax, as long as it is confirmed via registered mail with return receipt within the next 48 hours.
This communication must include identification data for the products you intend to return, as well as instructions concerning the reimbursement method for the expenses (postal order, bank transfer, etc.) and banking coordinates, if necessary.
As soon as we receive your communication concerning the return of the product, we will send you a Return Code Number (NRC) which must be included in the shipping. You must ship the product WITHIN 3 days from receipt of the Return Code Number (NRC).
The consumer bears responsibility for returning the products, which must still be sealed and in conditions of ABSOLUTE integrity. The products must be sent to the same address used for the prior registered mail. Once the products are received and their integrity has been checked, we will promptly proceed to credit the customer for the cost of the returned products, while retaining any sums required for shipping or reimbursement purposes, which are to be covered by the customer.
Nonetheless, any order can be refused in any moment.
Shipping costs are always calculated as indicated on our website.
In the event of partial returns, shipping costs will be calculated proportionally.
